Background
From his earliest days in the eastern jungles, Dibs looked to sky. While his innumerable friends-and-relations capered through the trees, he dreamed of ways to fly over them. Now that the Spirit of Ambition allows him to touch the sky, he’s sworn to help Nissa achieve her dreams.
Description
Dibs is a ranged Support Caster who combines offensive and defensive abilities to propel his teammates towards success. Dibs is particularly effective in the early game, poking enemies from afar and shielding allies from damage can slowly swing the game in his team’s favor. Dibs’ Ultimate allows him to fly anywhere across the map, granting him the incomparable ability to join teamfights midway and bolster his allies. Whenever Dibs’ Ultimate is available, keeping vigilant and aware of enemy or ally positions can easily secure important objectives for his team.

Ability Name	Ability Description
Pure Shaper (Passive)	Dibs is not limited by a resource and may cast his abilities freely.
Nightmare	Damage enemies with a delayed blast in an area and curse them with Bad Dreams. Other allies deal bonus damage the first time they hit an enemy with Bad Dreams.
Dreamwrap	Wrap an allied shaper in a dream, increasing their Movement Speed and shielding them from damage. Can be cast up to three times.
Ripple	Create a ripple around target shaper, pushing back enemies. If the target is an ally, they become immune to slows; if it's an enemy, they take magical damage and become slowed.
Reverie	Gain wings for a short time, increasing the Power of nearby allies. Recast once to fly quickly to any location on the battlefield.
